FShot 0.0.7 改善 macOS 互動式擷取時暫態選單的保留。

主要變更：

  • 在零延遲的矩形區域及視窗／控制項選取器取得焦點前，先凍結 macOS 桌面。
  • 使用凍結畫面進行選取與裁切，避免來源程式失去焦點時關閉選單，導致截圖中的選單消失。
  • 新增 macOS 互動式擷取準備流程的回歸測試。

Highlights:

  • Freeze the macOS desktop before zero-delay region and window/control selectors take focus.
  • Use the frozen image for selection and cropping so menus that close on focus loss remain visible in screenshots.
  • Add regression coverage for macOS interactive capture preparation.
  • Update the architecture and cross-platform documentation.

Validation: 64 tests passed, compilation succeeded, and the installed package reports version 0.0.7.
