The Simulator "Network Monitor" doesn't resize (as the other Simulator windows do)

Describe the bug
On Mac (Ventura) and using the Simulator in Single Window mode, when I resize the Simulator window to an Ultrawide screen (3440x1440), the Network Monitor stays the same size, see attached screenshot.

This is quite annoying when investigating very large messages and maybe it is easy to fix whatever is preventing it?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Either, display the Simulator window on an ultrawide screen.
Or, on a normal screen, show the Network Monitor in a separate window using "Move To" -> New Window" and resize it to entire screen.

This is still quite a usability issue (together with #1787), so bumping it up
