Snapping Feature

• ADDED: passing snap: true to the toggleEdit or enable function for editing a layer makes the vertices snappable to other layers 🎉
• FIXED: Bug where in Firefox the toolbar icons where not visible
• FIXED: Drag & Removal Tool now work properly together
