Current Behavior
Please watch this video from Ben: #20232 at the time mark 4:01.
As you can see if the workspace for an older task is stopped we display the "start workspace" button. This is great. However upon pressing the button nothing happens for like 2 seconds and only after this time the progress bar is displayed. This may lead to user confusion and a thought that the workspace is not started or cannot be started for some reason (rage click potential).
Relevant Log Output
Expected Behavior
Upon pressing the button the UI responds immediately with a progress bar or another visual indicator that the work is started.
Steps to Reproduce
Watch the loom video #20232 at the 4.01 time mark
