Updated the ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL to use `access_url` instead of `url`. The `url` is actually called [`access_url`](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/coder/coder/latest/docs/data-sources/workspace#access_url-1) Also fixed a broken link and legend.

The docs were broken which means we didn't validate them before. Before I approve, has this been validated now?
