Voice dictation: pressing Esc to stop recording interrupts the active stream

Bug Description

When a user presses the Esc key to stop recording in voice dictation mode during an active chat, it interrupts the ongoing stream.

Expected Behavior

Pressing Esc should only stop the voice recording without affecting the active chat stream.

Actual Behavior

Pressing Esc stops the recording but also interrupts the stream in the active chat.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a chat session
2. Initiate voice dictation mode
3. While the stream is active, press Esc to stop recording
4. Observe that the stream is interrupted
