doctor --check / --json now cover the role↔key security check + the config/health advisories.
They previously gated on / emitted only the git-identity signing audit, so doctor --check could
exit 0 while a role↔key impersonation signal (a role used by managed clones with different signing
keys) was present — a false green for a security gate. The advisory diagnostics (transport
self-containment, clone shape, machine-config, hub-identity, and role↔key) are now typed findings:
they gate --check and appear in --json. Only the per-session watch-liveness check stays
report-only (a CI gate must not fail because no watcher happens to be running on this machine).
