Release Notes

Multi-harness Phase 2a — skills install to the right place per harness, and auto-heal keeps them all fresh.

• confer install-skill --harness {auto,claude,grok,all}. Skills now install to the harness's
  global skills dir — Grok's ~/.grok/skills, Claude's ~/.claude/skills, or all — instead of always
  ~/.claude/skills. auto (the default) detects the runtime from the env (Grok if GROK_AGENT is
  set, else Claude); --dir still overrides for an explicit path. So a Grok agent's skills land where
  Grok actually discovers them.
• Auto-heal resync now covers every installed harness dir, not just ~/.claude/skills — a
  Grok-only or dual install self-heals to a new build too (it previously went stale silently).
