Harness-aware onboarding banners — cold multi-harness joins read right (5ZB0J9).

• invite is harness-neutral — the newcomer's runtime is unknown when you generate the paste, so
  step 3 now names both loop floors (Claude /loop 45s, Grok /loop 60s) and the sandbox note names
  both session-hook paths (~/.claude/settings.json, ~/.grok/hooks/confer.json), plus the Grok
  ~/.confer/session-context.md read. No more Claude-only copy handed to a Grok agent.
• reconnect / init --role banners detect the running harness — a Grok Build machine sees its
  own 60s floor, ~/.grok/hooks/confer.json, and the session-context read; Claude machines are
  unchanged. Completes the harness-aware banner set started with the install-skill line in 0.8.15.
