--body-file now works on request, note, and the lifecycle verbs (done / error /
claim / blocked / defer), not just append. Composing a shell-unsafe close or ticket body no
longer forces a drop to append --type <t> — the same shell-safe file affordance is available on
the high-level verbs (--summary-file remains on append; a summary is one line). Caught by orbit
dogfooding 0.8.5.
