PyInstaller version for people who don't know how to run Python.
Run the file once to generate the config file, then update it with Discord bot token and other changes, if any.
If the provided opus.dll doesn't work, you need to compile it for yourself.

Changes include removing information specific to my Ascension WoW guild and actually bundling that cog, re-doing the asyncio runtime and lots of bugfixes. Part of the folder creation process was also broken, which should be fixed now.
