v0.1.0 initial release

spind is in a usable state, but still depends on unreleased changes in fyne. It has been tested on Linux and Windows.

This release only contains the precompiled program for Windows, as this is the first audience I'm trying to reach. Future releases may contain precompiled programs for other platforms like Linux, MacOS and BSDs.
