Squash-merge PRs #6, #9, #10 already landed on main. Resolve conflicting PRs #2-#5 with go get / go mod tidy (rekor, sigstore stack, grpc, go-tuf; sigstore v1.10.5 with timestamp-authority v2.0.6).
