Bumps the vulnerable dependencies flagged by Dependabot to patched versions: - activestorage 8.1.3 -> 8.1.3.1 (via rails 8.1.3.1) - css_parser 1.21.1 -> 3.0.0 - excon 1.3.2 -> 1.6.0 - faraday 2.14.0 -> 2.14.3 - jwt 3.1.2 -> 3.2.0 - oauth2 2.0.18 -> 2.0.25
