First public release. Prebuilt binaries for Linux and Windows amd64;
INSTALL.md covers the source build for every other target.

Local-first code retrieval for coding agents. A tree-sitter symbol graph,
hybrid dense + BM25 seeding fused by reciprocal rank fusion, personalized
PageRank over call edges, an ONNX cross-encoder rerank, and token-budget
packing. No model call in the query path, and nothing leaves the machine.

Measured, not asserted. All 848 SWE-Explore instances against the paper's
own published baselines, reported both at the benchmark's list of 20 and at
the served default of 5:

The full table, the ceiling decomposition and every failed lever are in
the research log. What this does not yet
measure is patch correctness — that gap is stated, not hidden.

Verify the download against checksums.txt. The first run fetches the
embedding and reranking models (~800 MB) and pins every download to a SHA256
recorded in the binary.
