📝 Full Task Prompt
## Objective
Refresh documentation so onboarding no longer claims it forces a dark palette and users understand that Appearance choices preview immediately during onboarding.

## Scope
- Edit `docs/dashboard/onboarding.md`
- Edit `docs-web/user/dashboard/overview.md`
- Edit `docs-web/user/dashboard/settings.md`
- Verify `docs/index.md` and `docs/SUMMARY.md` already link `docs/dashboard/onboarding.md`; only edit them if a new canonical page is created, which is not expected for this task

## Implementation Requirements
1. Update `docs/dashboard/onboarding.md` to state that the onboarding shell follows the selected Light/Dark/System theme instead of forcing dark mode.
2. Document that onboarding Appearance changes publish the same unsaved appearance preview used by Settings, so theme, reduced motion, navigation mode, background mode, static color, and Electron zoom take effect before final save.
3. Clarify that advanced background controls such as animation style, pattern overlay, and custom image remain available from Settings -> Appearance after onboarding.
4. Mirror the user-visible behavior in `docs-web/user/dashboard/overview.md` and `docs-web/user/dashboard/settings.md` with concise user-facing wording.
5. Remove or rewrite any stale wording that implies onboarding background or white mode is intentionally dark-only.

## Constraints
- Do not claim a check passed unless it was actually run by the worker.
- Do not add release notes, PR text, or branch instructions.
- Keep docs concise and consistent with actual control labels in the UI.
- Do not create a new docs-web navigation structure unless the worker discovers an existing required index for dashboard subpages.

## Verification
- Run `pnpm run typecheck:dashboard` to catch doc-adjacent TypeScript drift from dependent changes if run in the integrated branch.
- Run `pnpm run build` when practical for full dashboard and docs-linked package validation.
- Manually review the edited docs for consistency with the final UI labels: Theme, Navigation Mode, Reduced Motion, Background Mode, Static Color, and Zoom Level.
