chore: sync models catalogue into v0.9.10

What changed

• merge the final green models.dev catalogue refresh from dev into release/v0.9.10
• preserve the release package version at 0.9.10
• restore exact release/dev parity apart from the intended version field

Validation

• source PR chore: update models.dev catalogue #3139 passed typecheck, build, audit, backend coverage, dashboard tests, package smoke, docs smoke, and Linux/macOS/Windows orchestration lanes
• the resulting release tree differs from current dev only by package.json version (0.9.10 versus 0.9.9)
• git diff --check passed

Risk and rollback

This sync changes only the vendored models catalogue. Reverting the merge restores the previous release catalogue without affecting runtime state or database schemas.
