docs: update version tables to match gradle.properties Sync wiki versions with current gradle.properties values across all Minecraft/loader branches and add the missing credits footer.
docs: add Info TAB wiki Replaces the welcome page with the player guide covering all six branches: what the tab list shows, the config file and every option, the /infotab tree and its permission model, the four format tokens with the colour rules, how AFK detection decides what counts as activity, and compatibility including the branch differences and the known limitations.
