allow user to add block level class name

how about develop a feature to allow user to add block level class name so that user can apply CSS for line-height, text-align, etc, just as "Move up", "Delete" and "Move down", but with configuration for svg icon and className?

for example if I define EditorJS as:

then if I click "..." option on any block, it will popup as:

I will add below style to my CSS:

.center {text-align:center}
.left {text-align:left}
.right {text-align:right}

it will be very flexible as user can define whatever wanted to style block to any look and feel.
and it is generic just as "Move up", Block auther doesn't have to take care of it.

We will finish this work in one of next releases.
