Fixed

• Generate commit message now retries once on transient failures and falls back to Sonnet when Haiku is overloaded, so the "Command failed" error that appeared ~50% of the time should be much rarer
• Commit message generator now surfaces the real underlying error (including stderr) when the Claude CLI fails, instead of a truncated generic message
• Bumped the commit message generation timeout from 30s to 60s to cover slower Haiku responses
