Add simple queue actions to inspector

• requeue to failed task list (w/ y/n convfirmation)
• drop for ready task list (w/ y/n confirmation)
• purge for entire queue (with confirmation / retying the queue name)
• move from ready to different queue (w/ y/no confirmation)
