Install the control plane

Deploys a GraalVM native Lambda on arm64 — measured cold start 480–524 ms at 256 MB.
Needs the AWS CLI, Node 20+, and Docker. No Maven or JDK.

The Lambda packages are also attached standalone
(control-plane-native-arm64-*.zip, reaper-*.jar) for anyone deploying by another route.
The control-plane zip is an arm64 native binary and will not run on an x86_64 Lambda.

Published to GitHub Packages; see the repository README for the <plugin> block and the two
IAM permissions your developers need.

Agent image

ghcr.io/codriverlabs/scaleout-build/scaleout-build-agent:v1.0.0 — multi-architecture (amd64,
arm64), built on native runners rather than under emulation, and verified per architecture.
