[Future] Implement PDF Download for Scan Results

The UI exists but is incomplete.

This issue is for future implementation - axe-core is not yet integrated.

When users complete an accessibility scan, they should be able to download their results as a PDF document for offline reference or sharing with others.

Suggested approach: Use html2pdf.js or jspdf for client-side PDF generation
