• Use @Project-Version@ and map the Wago token to WAGO_API_TOKEN
  The BigWigs packager reads only WAGO_API_TOKEN; a secret exported under
  another name is silently ignored and Wago is skipped. Accept either secret
  name and map it to the variable the packager actually reads.
  Switch the TOC to @Project-Version@ so packaged builds carry the tag version
  instead of a stale hardcoded one.
