  • MCP server at https://clairvoyance.fyi/mcp for agents that can't
install plugins or skills. Each skill is a tool and a prompt with the same
name and description it has in the plugin, fetch-reference serves skills'
references/ files, and skills that dispatch an agent include its brief for
the caller to run as its own subagent. Requests carry only a skill or file
name, so the server never receives code, file paths or prompts. Opening the
URL in a browser shows a page about the server. See the README's MCP server
    section.
  • clairvoyance.fyi/install: per-agent install instructions generated from
this README (so the two can't drift), one-click MCP installs for VS Code and
Cursor, and a "Set up with your agent" button that copies a prompt for the
agent to install Clairvoyance itself from /agent-setup.md.
  • Agent discovery on clairvoyance.fyi: Markdown versions of every page via
Accept: text/markdown (including a Markdown 404), an Agent Skills
discovery index at /.well-known/agent-skills/index.json, an MCP server
card at /mcp/server-card, an ARD catalog at /.well-known/ard.json,
WebMCP tools, a when-to-use section and scoped llms.txt files, JSON-LD
(SoftwareApplication, plus TechArticle and breadcrumbs on skill pages),
RFC 8288 Link headers, sitemap lastmod dates, and About and Contact
pages. A small Cloudflare Worker in front of GitHub Pages (docs/edge/)
handles negotiation and the MCP server.
  • AGENTS.md: layout, checks and conventions for agents working in this repo.
  • Listed in the official MCP Registry as fyi.clairvoyance/mcp, published
    from the new server.json.
  • Eval suites for design-it-twice, red-flags and design-review in
evals/, run with claude plugin eval.

Changed

  • code-evolution now owns plain diff and PR review; red-flags and
    design-review defer to it.
  • design-it-twice triggers on "how should I structure X" and on RFC, design
doc and ADR prompts, and requires alternatives of equal depth in design docs
    and RFCs.
  • Gemini CLI is no longer listed as an install option, since it's been
retired. The extension manifest stays in the repo for now.
  • The privacy policy now covers the MCP server and exactly what it receives.

Fixed

  • design-it-twice uses clean-room isolation only for a design the user or
codebase supplied, and falls back to the pre-mortem when its alternatives
    converge.
  • red-flags now triggers on open-ended whole-file review prompts.
  • Skill pages on clairvoyance.fyi showed the same "last modified" date for
every skill; each now shows its own.
