FFmpeg 8.1.2 source (as shipped in GroundSlate)

The exact FFmpeg 8.1.2 source that GroundSlate's bundled ffmpeg and ffprobe were compiled from.

GroundSlate links these libraries dynamically and unmodified under the LGPL-2.1. This release is
published to satisfy LGPL-2.1 section 6: the corresponding source, available from the same place as
the software that uses it.
