Round 2 of the tool-definition-quality work: sharpened the 12 lowest-scoring tool descriptions (enumerate every enum value, state each parameter's default and range, describe the returned shape and no-match behavior, name sibling tools) and fixed a description-vs-schema contradiction in resolveId. No behavior change. Published to npm as @coinpaprika/mcp@1.3.2.
