Instructions for use are in the readme
Program only needs the resource and student.csv.
To add or remove students just edit the CSV field.

This version closer to a working copy but there are still some errors.
Instead of placing students by rows separately it will place them by tables therefore spacing them out more.
For now the fix for threes is removing the last four seats on the bottom right corner.
