FBI Reloaded 1.5.0 — libcurl URL downloads (2.85x faster)

FBI Reloaded with the URL/QR-code download path moved from the HTTPC system service to in-process libcurl.

Measured on hardware (New 3DS, automated A/B loop): ~110 KB/s (HTTPC) → 313–316 KB/s (libcurl) from GitHub, 535 KB/s from archive.org — 2.85×. Full measurement set: Steveice10/FBI#4 (comment)

What changed

• URL downloads (remote install, URL install) use libcurl — in-process socket reads and TLS; HTTPC remains as a fallback for pre-data failures
• 48K/48K socket buffers requested via sockopt callback (≥64K breaks the soc stack mid-handshake; swept 0–256 KB on hardware)
• TLS entropy drawn from ps:ps (initializing SSLC in-process conflicts with HTTPC's own SSL handling)
• Download error dialog now includes curl's transport detail
• libctru 2.x AM API compatibility (master did not compile against current devkitPro libctru)
• Title version set to 3.0.0 — the first upload declared 0.0.4 (lower than stock FBI 2.6.1 and prior Reloaded releases), which made AM reject installs with 0xD8E08027 Invalid or outdated title version on any console that already had FBI installed. This build installs directly over those without deleting anything first.

Install note: this build uses FBI Reloaded's standard title ID (000400000F800100) — installing it replaces the stock FBI on your console, same as any FBI Reloaded release. Delete it from System Settings → Data Management if you want the original back.
