Any Record Patcher - Version 0.9.0

A combined Patcher and Exporter solution for Skyrim records. Use the Exporter to save changes of the plugin you want to replicate, then use the patcher in Synthesis to apply those changes. I'll post an example of a name changing mod that uses this system soon.
