docs: point install docs at tabbrew update for upgrades - #8
Merged
Conversation
After installing the prebuilt binary, upgrades no longer need the curl installer — `tabbrew update` swaps it in place. Add a verify + upgrade pointer to the Install section linking to the Updating section. The "Latest release" badge is dynamic (shields github/v/release), so it already tracks the newest release (v0.3.1) with no manual bump. Small docs pass after shipping self-update (v0.3.x):
tabbrew --versionand points attabbrew updateas the upgrade path (no need to re-run the curl installer), linking to the existing Updating section.shields.io/github/v/release), so it already shows v0.3.1 and auto-tracks future releases — no manual bump needed.Docs-only; no code changes.
