v0.6.0 — POC snapshot

⚠️ This is a proof-of-concept release.

v0.6.0 is the high-water mark of the exploration — the widest the command surface
ever got: the tabs loopback bridge (serve / push / suggest / watch /
history), docs push / list / open, init with both skills, and the
self-updating binary, all in one build.

What comes next is subtractive. Commands are being removed to cut complexity,
and some of them will be reimplemented later in a simpler shape. If you depend on
something here, pin v0.6.0 — a later version may not have it.
