Allow plugin to work even if not set in zones

  • allows customer to not have MDS Collivery in the zones. Should they wish to display their own pricing
  • specify the trigger events to create waybills

NEW Setting

  • Fall Back Service - The service to use when MDS Collivery is not set in the shipping zone.
  • Auto Processing Statuses - Select statuses that should trigger the waybill creation
