Device control now continues until completion, cancellation, or an actual execution failure.

• Removed the 30-step, five-minute task, and two-minute inference limits.
• Removed screenshot quotas and automatic stops for repeated actions, unchanged screens, refusals, missing tool calls, and scroll reversals.
• Existing device settings retain their backend/model choices and automatically discard the obsolete limits.
• Cancellation, secret handling, and uncertain-outcome reporting remain covered by regression tests.

Updated Gradle, Kotlin serialization, and Twilio Voice Android to pass release lint checks. just check passed, including formatting, phone/watch lint, JVM tests, and debug builds. Physical-device upgrade testing was unavailable because no device was connected.

Install eva.apk on the phone and eva-wear.apk on Wear OS.
