Choose the delegated phone call agent's voice under Settings → Phone call agent → Call voice. The selection is included in portable configuration (capabilities.callAgent.voice) and applies when the next call agent connects. Existing settings retain Marin.
The call agent is now instructed to greet the recipient and state the purpose, without volunteering an agent/assistant/AI or on-behalf-of introduction. It must answer identity questions truthfully and must not claim to be the account holder.
These changes do not resolve the previously observed conversational verification, silence, or incomplete call outcomes. A complete card product change remains unverified.
