Wave becomes a first-class noun, the primary MCP host moves to p2e.columenlabs.com, and the Stories vs Issues split is written down as policy. There is no v0.13.

  • p2e-mode / p2e-model — Wave is a first-class unbounded package (W{n}, no W25 ceiling). BUILD flows call waves.get for membership freeze before story lists.
  • MCP docs — waves tool listed in skill MCP section and README tool table.
  • .cursor/rules/p2e-policy.mdc, CLAUDE.md, README — Wave noun replaces fixed W1–W25 / P0–P3 ordering language for packaging.
  • Primary MCP host — .mcp.json, .cursor/mcp.json, README, and p2e-mode skill now use https://p2e.columenlabs.com/api/mcp. p2e-mocha.vercel.app is documented as parallel/legacy only. OAuth/auth config unchanged.
  • Stories vs Issues — durable policy in p2e-mode / p2e-model + README: layers = capability change; GH issues = bugs; no default issue↔story sync.
  • Repo references — owner moved to columenlabs after the org transfer.
  • README — marketplace pin example now points at v0.14.0.
  • Manifests bumped to 0.14.0.
