Adds two wave-run skills so a wave runs as a build session and a separate review session.

Added

  • p2e-build — /p2e-build <release> <wave> (both required). Freezes the wave with waves.get, builds members in order on Sonnet, verifies every AC (browser checks in Sonnet subagents), records evidence and verifier assessments, moves stories to IN_REVIEW, opens the wave PR. Re-running picks up review notes. Never merges.
  • p2e-review — /p2e-review <release> <wave> (both required). Runs on Opus in a separate session; reviews recorded evidence and the PR diff without re-testing, proposes reviewer assessments, and leaves story_log notes for the builder. Never merges.

Changed

  • p2e-mode (+ mirror) — new Wave runs section pointing at both skills.
  • scripts/validate-plugin.py — expects the three-skill set and checks the new skills and their Cursor mirrors.
  • scripts/install-p2e-cursor-skills.sh — links p2e-build and p2e-review into product workspaces.
  • README, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, .cursor/rules/p2e-policy.mdc, manifests — no longer describe p2e-mode as the only skill.
  • Manifests bumped to 0.15.0.
