Delete a round

• "Delete this round" at the bottom of your round's page. You confirm first, and it tells you
  how many shots go with it. Only you can delete your rounds; the organiser can't.
• Empty rounds now show on Rounds. A round you started but never logged a shot on still counted
  towards "3 rounds logged at Elm Park" but never appeared in the list, so there was no way to open
  it. It now shows as a card marked "no shots yet": tap it to carry on, or delete it.
