Courses page

• Pick a course, then see your options. A searchable course list; choosing one shows its tees
  (yardage, par, course/slope rating), Log a round here (opens the new-round form with the course
  already chosen), a link to your rounds there, and View/Edit holes per tee.
• Request a course. "Can't find your course?" — any player can ask for one (name plus anything
  helpful). Their pending requests show on the page; up to 5 can be waiting at once.
• Admin inbox. Open requests appear at the top of the admin's Courses page (who asked, when, their
  notes) with Mark done. If RESEND_API_KEY is set, each request also emails the admin; without
  it nothing is lost — the inbox is the source of truth.

Admin-only, clearly marked

• Pages and sections only the admin can see now carry an Admin only badge (the Players pages, the
  request inbox), and the Players nav link is tagged "admin".

Dev

• Local PGlite closes cleanly on Ctrl-C / SIGTERM (a hard kill could corrupt data/pglite).
• In AUTH_TEST_MODE (never in production) the configured ADMIN_EMAIL counts as admin without a
  verified email, so admin screens can be exercised locally.
