CometAPI Connect v0.1.3

CometAPI Connect is a local configuration tool for connecting supported AI applications to CometAPI.

This is the first CometAPI-maintained stable release. The repository remains private while CometAPI completes its publication review; repository access is required to download the artifacts.

Highlights

  • Preview, apply, repeat, and safely restore application configuration changes.
  • Protect credential-bearing files from writes when Git tracking cannot be verified safely.
  • Support Windows x64, macOS universal2 (Apple Silicon and Intel), and Linux x64 standalone builds.
  • Include 16 interface languages and bundled third-party license notices.
  • Include SHA-256 sidecars and build metadata for every platform download.

Validation

The release workflow completed successfully for all three platforms on commit 42f491bb28793737eee56b02843f0b901bbe36f1. Bundled-resource self-tests and platform checks passed. The artifacts are unsigned development builds; the macOS build is not notarized.

Verify each download against its .sha256 sidecar and inspect the accompanying JSON metadata before installation. This release has not been tested against every upstream application or desktop environment.
