Bad error reporting for download failures

If laika fails to download all orbits with "RuntimeError: No orbit data found on either servers" then there is no printout of what actually went wrong.

The same problem occurs when I try to download orbit data. Even with the Walkthrough.ipynb example it fails with the "RuntimeError: No orbit data found on either servers"

Is there more information about a solution or workaround for this problem?
