First version of the Everhood 2 poptracker.

Includes:
All locations in 0.3.0 Everhood 2 AP
Autotracking with AP for those locations

Not working/missing:
Autotracking for the Dragon Fight/Goal (always shows in logic regardless of how many gems you have/need)
Visibility settings for yaml options (currently always shows all locations)
Colorsantiy logic
Locations not currently randomized are not tracked nor mapped
Images to show which items you have and which settings you have enabled (haven't added them yet)
