Adds deterministic, checked ZIP builds for the four Commentary plugins and a direct-upload guide for Microsoft Copilot Cowork. The Release workflow attaches the ZIPs and SHA256SUMS.txt after publication. This is not a Microsoft 365 marketplace listing.
