CommerceKit CLI v0.1.0-preview.2

Highlights

  • Prevents native JSON parser diagnostics from exposing invalid Manifest or
    Beans source tokens in terminal and CI output.
  • Preserves Manifest diagnostic end ranges and reviewed, source-free help
    labels where the domain provides them.
  • Normalizes GitHub annotation paths within trusted workspace boundaries and
    omits file locations for external absolute paths.
  • Completes semantic TTY styling for errors and direct validation successes.
  • Uses a constant ASCII-safe redaction token for plain Properties and Manifest
    comparisons.

Verification

Download the archive for the intended target together with SHA256SUMS and
release-manifest.json. Verify the archive's SHA-256 digest against
SHA256SUMS before extraction. The manifest binds every supported target,
filename, size, and digest to the source build identifier for this preview.

Unsigned preview

macOS binaries are unsigned and not Apple-notarized. Windows binaries are unsigned
and may trigger SmartScreen or reputation warnings.

Known limitations

  • This preview is intended for evaluation and feedback.
  • Source-code frames and source excerpts remain intentionally unavailable while
    their privacy and redaction contract is designed separately.
  • ARM64 targets and host combinations unavailable on standard release runners
    receive structural verification rather than native execution.
  • The embedded Bun runtime honors user-provided BUN_OPTIONS and BUN_BE_BUN
    environment controls before CommerceKit starts. Run the CLI only in a trusted
    local or CI environment and do not configure untrusted preload code.
  • Binaries remain unsigned; signing and notarization are future work.
