feat: update branding to the v3a design

What

Replaces the current branding assets with the v3a design (from Commit Check logo重设计方案-2.zip): a vector remaster of the swoosh-check mark — same composition, same brand blue #2c9ccd, but with clean curves and a background-coloured keyline on the COMMIT wordmark so letters stay legible where they cross the check.

Changes

Updated:

• avatar.png/svg — white swoosh on brand blue, wordless (1024×1024)
• banner-light.png/svg, banner-dark.png/svg — theme-aware README banners
• logo-mark.png/svg — swoosh alone, transparent
• README.md — new file table (kept the legacy-files note)

New:

• logo.png/svg + logo-dark.png/svg — full lockup for light/dark backgrounds
• favicon.png/svg — favicon / small tile
• social-preview.png/svg — GitHub social preview (1280×640)

Untouched: logo.jpg, logo-small.jpg (legacy — still possibly linked from outside the repo; README note kept).

Notes

• Reference the PNGs in READMEs, not the SVGs — GitHub camo handles SVG unreliably and the SVG wordmark needs Montserrat installed.
• New files: 8 (favicon, logo, logo-dark, social-preview); modified: 9.

Please review the new assets — in particular the full lockup (logo.png / logo-dark.png) and whether the legacy .jpgs can now be dropped.
