maocivaZIP 1.3.0（旧 smarcivaZIP）

smarcivaZIP は「maocivaZIP」に名前が変わりました。

機能はそのままで、名前だけが新しくなります。

旧版（smarcivaZIP）を使っている方へ

上からそのままインストールしてください。次のものは自動で引き継がれます。

• 設定（表示言語、右クリックに出す形式、関連付けた拡張子など）
• 「常に使う」で smarcivaZIP を選んでいた形式は、聞かれ直さずにそのまま maocivaZIP で開きます
• 右クリックメニュー、スタートメニューとデスクトップのショートカット、アプリの一覧は maocivaZIP に入れ替わり、smarcivaZIP の項目は残りません

1.2.0 以降を使っている場合は、アプリが新しい版を知らせます。

smarcivaZIP is now called maocivaZIP. Nothing else changes.

Install it over smarcivaZIP: your settings carry over, file types you had set to open with smarcivaZIP keep opening with maocivaZIP without asking again, and the context menu, shortcuts and installed-apps entry are replaced so no smarcivaZIP entries are left behind. Users of 1.2.0 or later will be told about this update by the app.

チェックを入れたのに smarcivaZIP で開かない形式を、理由つきで知らせるようにしました。

• 設定画面で「保存」や「登録し直す」を押したとき、チェックを入れたのにまだ smarcivaZIP で開かない形式があれば知らせます。 Windows に実際の動きを問い合わせて、形式ごとに「未選択（開くたびに Windows が確認）」や「現在: ○○」と一覧で示し、Windows の設定の smarcivaZIP のページを開けます。
  どのアプリで開くかは Windows の決まりで利用者本人しか変更できず、アプリからは切り替えられません。smarcivaZIP の不具合ではないことと、形式ごとに一度選べば済むことを、画面でそのまま説明します。
• .zip も smarcivaZIP の既定の候補になりました。 これまで .zip だけは Windows 標準の ZIP フォルダ機能を残していましたが、ほかの圧縮ソフトが .zip を持っていなければ smarcivaZIP を登録します。Windows が「どのアプリで開くか」を聞いたとき、smarcivaZIP が候補に出ます。Lhaplus など、入っているほかのアプリが .zip を持っている場合はそのままにします。

smarcivaZIP now tells you, and why, when a checked file type still does not open with it.

• When you save or re-register in the settings window, types you checked that still do not open with smarcivaZIP are listed, marked "not chosen yet" or with the app that currently opens them, and you can open smarcivaZIP's page in Windows Default apps. Windows lets only you choose which app opens a type; apps cannot change it. The message says so, and that choosing once per type is enough.
• .zip now offers smarcivaZIP as its handler. If no other archiver owns .zip, smarcivaZIP replaces Windows' built-in ZIP folder as the registered handler, so it is the suggestion when Windows asks. Another installed archiver that owns .zip is left alone.

Windows 11 asks once which app to use the first time you open a type you have not chosen for yet: pick smarcivaZIP and "Always" and it will not ask again.

Easier to make smarcivaZIP your default archiver.

• smarcivaZIP now appears in Windows' Default apps, with its own page in Settings where you can pick it for ZIP, 7z, LZH and the rest, one type at a time.
• The installer's last page offers "Make smarcivaZIP the default app for archives", which opens that page. It is not shown when .zip already opens with smarcivaZIP.
• Fixes file types stuck on an uninstalled app. If an archiver you removed was still the default, Windows kept asking which app to use. Installing smarcivaZIP now removes just those broken records so you can pick smarcivaZIP for them. Choices that point at apps still installed (Lhaplus, WinRAR and so on) are left alone.
• The settings window's Default apps button opens smarcivaZIP's page directly.

アイコンへのドロップで解凍・圧縮、更新のお知らせ、Microsoft Store 版の準備。

変わったところ

• デスクトップのアイコンにドロップして使えるようになりました。 書庫だけを落とすと解凍、普通のファイルやフォルダ（書庫が混ざっていても）を落とすと、既定の形式でまとめて圧縮します。Lhaplus のアイコンと同じ動きです。
• インストーラが、デスクトップのアイコンを最初から作るようになりました。 要らなければ、インストールの途中でチェックを外せます。
• 新しいバージョンが出たら知らせます。 週に 1 回、GitHub に最新版の番号を問い合わせ、新しい版があれば「ダウンロードページを開きますか？」と 1 度だけ聞きます。自動でダウンロードや入れ替えはしません。送るのはバージョン番号だけです。設定画面の「情報」タブで止めたり、今すぐ確認したりできます。今回の 1.2.0 がこの機能の入った最初の版なので、次の版からお知らせが届きます。
• プライバシーポリシーを追加しました（PRIVACY.md）。個人情報は集めません。

Drop files on the icon to extract or compress, update notices, and groundwork for the Microsoft Store.

• Drop onto the desktop icon. Archives only are extracted; anything else (files, folders, or a mix) is compressed together in the default format.
• The installer now creates the desktop icon by default (you can untick it).
• Update notices. Once a week smarcivaZIP asks GitHub for the latest version number and, if there is a newer one, asks once whether to open the download page. It never downloads or installs anything by itself, and only the version number is sent. You can turn it off, or check now, in the About tab. Notices start with the release after 1.2.0.
• Privacy policy added (PRIVACY.md). No personal data is collected.
• A Microsoft Store version is in review. It appears directly in the Windows 11 first-level context menu.

• RAR 形式での圧縮はできません（unRAR のライセンス制限のため）
• ARM64 版は実機での動作確認ができていません

smarcivaZIP 本体は MIT License です。無保証で提供され、使用によって生じた損害について作者は責任を負いません。
同梱の 7z.dll は 7-Zip（Igor Pavlov 氏）のもので、LGPL-2.1 以降と unRAR の制限が適用されます。

smarcivaZIP is a simple archiver for Windows in the spirit of Lhaplus: double-click to extract, right-click to compress. It adds RAR5, Zstandard, AES-256 ZIP, automatic detection and repair of garbled (mojibake) file names, clean handling of macOS archives, Zip Slip / Zip Bomb protection, and native x64 / ARM64 builds. The interface is available in 20 languages.

Download smarcivaZIP-1.0.0-setup-x64.exe (no admin rights needed) or the portable ZIP. The builds are not code-signed, so SmartScreen may warn; compare against SHA256SUMS.txt if in doubt.
