…ter, tally sources, blob shape) GOAL_CUTOVER_READY.md Phase 2, chunk C4 — the non-parked deletions (inventory: journal s7). conversation.py and pca_kmeans_rep/ are now engine_mode-FREE (grep: 0 hits): - Q1 ban filtering DELETED OUTRIGHT (Julien: bans are not a Polis feature; queue item 1 dropped) — rating_mat = raw copy, mod_out_ptpts ingested-but-inert, exactly like the Clojure worker. - repness tid_order: always the arrival-order tie-break. - group-votes tally source: always raw_rating_mat (3 sites). - in-conv: carry + greedy floor always (improved threshold-only arm deleted); blob in-conv serializes the persisted set when present. - votes-base: always Clojure-exact bucket vectors. - group-aware-consensus: always the every-group Laplace product (zero-S groups contribute 1/2, FP-b3670cb052). - to_dict: _apply_legacy_blob_shape unconditional; from_dict: watermark/ arrival-order/sign/permutation restore unconditional. - repness totals: always clustered-voters-only rest domain. Deleted 18 improved-mode test pins across 6 test files (12 were failing against the collapsed engine, 6 passing only vacuously); 65+34 tests green on the affected files. commit-id:fe2b0bb2
