Document baton's purpose, core features, local installation, CLI usage, configuration, data storage, and development commands.
Introduce first-class command routing for provider and model selection while allowing providers to run independently. Add adapter model capabilities, coverage for the new behavior, and synchronized English and Chinese docs.
