docs: align reqloop terminology - #210

Rename the reqloop Verdict domain to Evaluation and remove bundled distribution language. Replace the obsolete ReqLoopRun example with the current Requirement resource model. Keep generic Plugin tests aligned with the documented resource terminology.
Replace the obsolete ReqLoopRun references in the Plugin Resource ContextSource backlog item. Preserve the unrelated unstaged backlog edits already present in the workspace.
