Cache Board presentation snapshots, invalidate them only on relevant resource changes, and publish Board updates through the Sidecar and Footer surfaces. Split the TUI protocol adapter into orchestration, view, and transcript modules.
Replace the generic presentation runtime integration with the typed chat Surface store and the full-view compatibility adapter. Pin Baton to the chat-tui Surface directory refactor.
